22 Years Old Student, Uyo Ukonne
pictured above graduated from New Jersey City University on May 15th and then
went rafting with friends a week later, only to drown in the Delaware River.
After searching for his body for
many days, his body was finally found yesterday in the Delaware River around
5.45pm. Joe Hinkes, chief ranger of the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational
River, told said his body was found 5 miles downstream from where he was last
seen Sunday afternoon.
His death has been ruled accidental drowning. He drowned after jumping into the river without a life jacket while on a rafting trip near Lumber land, N.Y. with friends.
