A Management and Investment Organisation requires the services of the following professionals.

1. Project Manager: Responsibilities:. Good understanding of brand design and unified structural design. 

.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Management, co-ordination, planning & financial control of construction and rehabilitative building projects.

.A key aspect of the job will be ensuring client projects are completed on time and within budget without compromising on quality.

. The ideal candidate will perform a pivotal role in budgeting, identification of resources needed and project planning.

. The ideal candidate will ensure activities on site move according to predetermined schedule.

. Capacity to develop objectives/goals for teams and assign individual responsibilities.

. Co-ordinate efforts of all parties involved in the project including architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and labourers.

. Develop and agree project work plans while making revisions when necessary.

. Ensure project documents are complete and monitor progress of activities on-site, holding regular status meetings with sub-teams.

. Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.

. Conduct periodic inspection of sites with an emphasis of ensuring quality standards are met.

. Identify elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to issues and troubleshoot effectively beforehand.

. Serve as a key link with clients and review deliverable prepared by team before passing onto clients.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

. Fluency in writing and spoken English is mandatory.

. Willingness to travel and manage projects 'out-of-station'.

. Business reporting skills.

. Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft office suite.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT:

. BSc/HND in Architecture from a reputable institution, minimum of 2:1/Upper Credit.

. Good knowledge of Project Management software will be an added advantage.

. Project Management certification is mandatory.

. 5 or more years of verifiable work experience in real estate or construction industry.

. Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory issues.

. Not older than 35years.

2. CIVIL ENGINEER:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical and feasibility studies including site investigations and supervision of structural works in work sites.

. Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs.

. The ideal candidate will be liaising and working jointly with the design team to implement refinements.

. The ideal candidate will be analysing survey, mapping and materials-testing data.

. Ability to interpret designs.

. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.

. Resolving design and development problems.

. The ideal candidatewill be managing budgets and project resources.

. Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.

. Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations.

. The ideal candidate will be ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.

. Assessing the environmental impact and risks connected to projects.

. Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project.

. Making sure site meet health and safety cum legal guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT:

. BSc/HND in Civil /Building Engineering from a reputable institution, minimum of 2:1/Upper Credit.

. Good knowledge of Project Management software will be an added advantage.

. Project Management certification is mandatory.

. 5 or more years of verifiable work experience in residential construction industry.

. Sound mathematical and technical skills including physics.

. Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.

. Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

. Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.

. Spending less to achieve more, hardworking and fast pace.

. Must have knowledge in Auto CAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients/management and understanding their needs before making design decisions.

. The ideal candidate will design a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, e.g. giving organisations a visual 'brand'.

. The ideal candidate will work to briefs as agreed with the client/management, creative director or communication director to develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

. The ideal candidate will need to show evidence of competence in Graphic design; Illustration; 3D design; Visual art; Photography and Video design.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT:

. Relevant professional certification is required, with a minimum of diploma certificate.

. 5 or more years of verifiable work experience in creative/artistic industry.

. Sound mathematical and technical skills.

. Ability to think strategically, to design, plan and manage projects.

. Must have knowledge in 3D design.

. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in an online media organisation.

. The ideal candidate must have functional knowledge of all social and professional network sites.

. The ideal candidate must be abreast with trending news, across all media platforms e.g news sites (local & foreign), blogs.

. The ideal candidate must be very conversant with online damage control strategies, processes and procedures.

. The ideal candidate should be able to generate a million likes for a daily online publication within a  quarter.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Drawing storyboards and creating models.

. Designing an animated environment that includes backgrounds, sets and objects.

. Designing characters.

. Creating each frame.

. Working out the timing of movements and making sure things meet the script and soundtrack requirements.

. Using computer software, including modo, Maya, Lightwave, Softimage and others.

. Working as part of a team.

. Working with clients (developing concepts, pitching ideas, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT:

. Relevant professional certification is required, with a minimum of diploma certificate.

. 5 or more years of verifiable work experience in creative/artistic industry.

. Ability to design motion 3D animations.

. Sound mathematical and technical skills.

. Ability to think strategically, a creative out-of-the-box thinker.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

. Not older than 30years.
