Super Eagles head coach, Sunday Oliseh has expressed shock as to the retirement of striker, Emmanuel Emenike.
He revealed that the footballer didn’t even inform him before announcing his retirement.
“It was a big shocker for us and a big shocker for me personally. I still don’t accept that he has retired because officially I have not heard anything from him and I don’t think the Federation has heard from him, only what we know is what was posted on social media,” Sunday Oliseh revealed on Brilla FM yesterday.
He furthermore revealed that he’s been trying to reach Emenike on his phone lines all to no avail.
