With Wale attracting lots of #UNOTMMG hate in the wake of Meek Mill’s comments about him a few months ago, it appears the DMV rapper has been ousted from another club: Roc Nation. Signed to Jay Z’s management company since 2009, Mr. Folarin left after his manager, Rich Kleiman, decided to focus on the company’s relatively new sports department.
Wale has since signed with 77 North Management, a company started by tennis pro Andy Murray that also manages LeBron James.
For the time being, Wale’s still on Maybach Music Group, and is planning to put out his Album About Nothing later this year.
