How awful. A teenage girl gave birth to a healthy baby girl inside of her family home, and then decided to bury the newborn in her parents backyard — while it was still alive.
A girl, 16, and her boyfriend, managed to keep their pregnancy hidden from everyone around them. Sadly, after the girl gave birth to their baby, they dug a tiny hole and buried the little one in a backyard.

One girl’s parents made a disturbing discovery on Sunday night, June 29 in Louisburg, North Carolina.
The parents came home to find some tools out of place and a spot of soil that had been disturbed, which is where they made a gruesome discovery — a newborn baby girl wrapped in a plastic bag.
The transition after a mother delivers her baby can be challenging....
Franklin County Sheriff Jerry Jones told WRAL that the police were heartbroken over the dead baby at the crime scene.
“There are ways around that. Taking it to a safe drop-off place. Getting prenatal care. Putting the baby up for adoption. There are other options instead of taking a life,” he said.
Authorities claim that the baby was born healthy and weighed 8.5lbs.
It appears as if the parents of the teenage girl were not aware she was pregnant. On Monday, June 30, the girl was admitted to the hospital for treatment after giving birth inside her family home without a doctor present.
The girl’s boyfriend is also a juvenile. As of Wednesday, July 2, no charges have been filed against the young couple. However, the investigation is “ongoing.”
